Business Consulting: Vrcyn Co. provides expert business consulting services to help you optimize performance, streamline operations, and achieve strategic goals. Our consultants work closely with clients to develop actionable solutions tailored to their unique needs.

RPO Services: Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services offer scalable talent acquisition solutions to help businesses manage their recruitment processes more effectively. This includes candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, and more.

Service Delivery

Scope of Services: The scope of services will be as outlined in a formal agreement or contract between Vrcyn Co. and the client. We reserve the right to modify the scope of services in consultation with the client to ensure optimal delivery.

Delivery Schedule: Our service delivery is subject to agreed timelines and schedules. Delays caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary information, may impact the delivery schedule and will not be the responsibility of Vrcyn Co.

Changes to Services: We reserve the right to make changes to the services we provide. Significant changes will be communicated to the client in advance.

Client Obligations

Provision of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for service delivery. Inaccurate or delayed information may affect the performance of our services.

Collaboration: Successful project outcomes depend on open collaboration between the client and Vrcyn Co. The client agrees to provide access to relevant personnel, information, and resources needed to deliver services.

Fees and Payment

Service Fees: Fees will be outlined in the formal agreement between Vrcyn Co. and the client. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Payment Terms: Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges, and Vrcyn Co. reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the provision of services. This obligation remains even after termination of services.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to materials, processes, and methodologies developed by Vrcyn Co. during the course of service delivery remain the sole property of Vrcyn Co., unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

Vrcyn Co. will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services provided under the agreement.

Termination

Both Vrcyn Co. and the client have the right to terminate the agreement under the conditions outlined in the service contract. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Vrcyn Co. operates. Disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved within this jurisdiction.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Vrcyn Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
